By thinking very seriously what choice of diet we need. There is time we all crave for sweets or fatty food. There is a time we exactly eat what we need or how much body can take. The body metabolic works in different way to indivual. There are people who eat very little and still gain weight and there those who do not eat a lot but do not put on weight at all.

What make a person overweight? Overweight is over-eating or it can of course an instances when overweight can be caused by functioning of the glands such as thyroid, but big number of overweight are definitely is a traceable of eating more than the body requires.
Eating is the solution:
Quite simply we need to have a control of our weight by eating less. The dietetic control of body-weight is not just a matter of reducing the intake of food all rounds or omitting certain foods, it’s a matter of eating balance diet. Secondly try and adjust the total calories intake to meet your needs. Whatever you weight the body need amount of protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamins and minerals to keep body functioning and in a good health.
Metal factor:
Most of fat people are not happy but they can be frustrated and one of their symptoms of metal disturbance is a habit of making themselves comfortable by eating especially snacks. Consequently a serious attempt to lose weight need a discipline and some time it can be mental problem or emotional. We must try and conquer the meal plan to a regular appetizing fare in low-calories foods. It is unwise to reduce sudden weight reductions. Aim a steady loss of one to three pounds a week until the desire figure is attained.
